• Your message — if you use the contact form to reach out to me, receive feedback and comments to imrpove the course

• To grant you access to the course you signed up for
• To personalise your experience within the course
• To respond to messages you send via the contact form
• To send occasional relevant resources about HR and AI, only if you signed up for the course

I will never use your data for unrelated marketing, and I will never send you spam.

Third Party Services I Use

To operate this website and course, I use the following third party services that may process your data:

• Web3Forms (Web3Forms.com) — processes form submissions including your name and email when you sign up or contact me. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy
• Gumroad (gumroad.com) - processes payments and delivers course access. When you purchase the course, gumroad collects your name,email, and payment details. They handle all payment processing (I personally do not see or can access any details). Their privacy policy is available at gumroad.com/privacy/
• Vercel (vercel.com) — hosts this website. May collect standard server logs including IP addresses. Their privacy policy is at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Google Fonts — used for typography. Google may collect standard usage data. Their privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy
• Formspree (formspree.com) - previously used during testing period for form submission, but no longer active on the website.

How Long I Keep Your Data

I retain your name and email address for as long as you remain an active student or until you ask me to delete it. If you request deletion, I will remove your data from my records within 30 days.

Data submitted via Formspree is also subject to Formspree's own retention policy. You may contact Formspree directly to request deletion of your data from their systems.
